Husid - The folk museum by the sea

There is a place on the south coast of Iceland called Eyrarbakki.
It has a little museum called Husid or The House.
It is an old house with many items and articles from old times.
I am old enough to remember some of them.

My Mother has a spinning wheel like the one on the left.
How are things in Iceland? ...Have you started working?

Thank you, Erla, for your wonderful posts about Iceland. I don't think I am the only one who knows very little about your country and it is nice to see it through a native's eyes.
